TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective: January 23, 2025

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by SecureZone Kft. (registered office: 2030 Érd, Martinovics Ignác utca 21., Hungary, tax number: 32770599-2-13).

2. Scope of Services

SecureZone Ltd. provides the following services:

  • Alarm system installation and maintenance
  • CCTV system installation
  • Access control system installation
  • Gate automation
  • Video intercom installation
  • System maintenance and repair

3. Contract Formation

The contract is formed upon acceptance of the customer's written or electronic offer, or upon signing the service agreement.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF), including VAT
  • Payment: bank transfer or cash
  • Deposit: 30% of total amount upon order
  • Balance: due immediately upon completion of work

5. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the order, typically 1-5 working days. Exact deadline is specified in the quote.

6. Warranty

  • Installation work: 2-year warranty
  • Equipment: according to manufacturer warranty (1-5 years)
  • Free repair within warranty period
  • Warranty void in case of improper use

7. Liability

SecureZone Ltd. is only responsible for the proper functioning of installed systems. We do not accept liability for damages caused by third parties.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without reason, provided that work has not yet commenced.

11. Disputes

Hungarian law applies to disputes. The competent court is the court with jurisdiction over our registered office.
